1. Return / Refund Policy 

The return /refund policy is customer-friendly, allowing you to feel more at ease after making an online purchase. 

Return Policy

Within 3 days of receipt, only unused goods will be accepted for refund. SALE items are not returnable, refundable, or replaceable.

Items available for returns and refunds must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging labels, tags, boxes, and plastic wraps. We will happily repair an item if it’s broken or doesn’t fit the product description. If we don’t have a replacement in stock, we will give you a full refund, excluding the shipping costs you paid when you purchased it. 

1. Damaged or Defective Items:
   We accept returns only if the item you received are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. If you believe your item falls under this category, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos or evidence of the issue, and we will gladly assist you with a return, exchange, or refund.

2. No Returns for Change of Mind:
   We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, no longer want the product, or ordered the wrong item. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Eligibility for Returns:

   • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

   • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

   • Returns must be initiated within 4-5 days of delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return:
   If your item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at rufandtufbags.com@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

5. Refunds or Exchanges:
   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
   Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

   • Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

   • Items without proof of purchase.

 Refund Policy 

Once we have initiated a refund in accordance with the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to appear in the customer’s account within the following timeframes:

COD refunds take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account after the refund is initiated.

A prepaid Refund takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank partner after the refund is initiated.

Please note that RUF & TUF only initiates a refund after the returned item has been received and the condition check has been done. Therefore, the time of initiation of the refund may vary depending on the time required by the transporter to return to our delivery center.

 2. Shipping Policy 

 For all orders once received in 2 to 3 business days, the delivery timeline may vary depending on the time required by the transporter. 

 3. Payment Policy

 4. Warranty Policy 

 Your purchase is warranted against manufacturing defects for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

 5. Damaged or Defective Products

 For us quality is supreme. We thoroughly test all our products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. Returned Products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and a refund is made if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

 All the content featured or displayed on the website, including text, graphics, photographs, images, and illustrations are protected by intellectual property law other than User-Provided Content is owned by RUF & TUF its licensors, and Content providers. 

 7. Violation and Termination 

 You agree that the Company may, in its absolute sagacity and without any advance notice, terminate your access to the website and block future access if we determine that you have violated these Terms and conditions or any other policies. If you or our company violates any of your use of service, you shall still be liable to pay for the service that you have already terminated till the time of the such violation.
