  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
    We accept returns only if the item you received are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. If you believe your item falls under this category, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos or evidence of the issue, and we will gladly assist you with a return, exchange, or refund.

  2. No Returns for Change of Mind:
    We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, no longer want the product, or ordered the wrong item. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  3. Eligibility for Returns:

    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

    • Returns must be initiated within 4-5 days of delivery.

  4. How to Initiate a Return:
    If your item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at rufandtufbags.com@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

  5. Refunds or Exchanges:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  6. Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

    • Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

    • Items without proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception, make an unboxing video for proof and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
